DS3032 problem!!

I recieved email from NVC saying:We received the principal applicant's DS-3032 (Choice of Address and

Agent) form designating an address and agent. Instructions for paying

the immigrant visa application processing fee and all future

correspondence will be sent to the agent at the address selected on the

DS-3032.

Does this means acceptance ? and why is my IV bill still not activated if they accepted?

i sent the choice of agent email last two weeks and i just recieved this email now,am confused

Secondly,regarding my change of address they emailed saying :The correspondence submitted is currently under review. An appropriate

action will be taken once this review is completed.

i guess i will wait for the change of address but for the DS3032.....I am confused

yes! That means acceptance. give it few more days. They will be contacting you shortly.

01/08/2013: Case # and IIN assigned ( file arrived NVC mail room 12/20/12)

01/16/2013: IV invoiced &paid. AOS & IV mailed in one package(arrived 01/18).

it took us about two weeks from when we called the NVC to get our case number to be able to pay the AOS Fee. Then a couple of days after we paid and the status changed to PAID we were able to pay the IV Fee.

As soon as the fee show as PAID you can send you AOS or IV packet. NVC will take ages to contact you asking for the I-864 Packet or IV Packet.

I have a question? I just got off the phone with NVC Rep... let her know my AOS is still showing as IN PROCESS and I paid Monday. She said it takes 3-5 business days and I can submit my AOS Packet today, attaching the Payment Receipt although its show IN PROCESS along with my Cover Sheet (which has generated).

Im a bit confused... Then my husband's been sending the DS 3032 as email template but has been receiving the auto-reply from NVC..

We both received (PAOSF I-130 FOR NEOPOST DS-1200) and (ACL FOR NEOPOST DS-1200) from NVC....stating "The immigrant visa petition recently filed on your behalf is now eligible for further processing at the National Visa Center (NVC)." which confirms his Mailing Address and DS 3032 form attached.

What's the question? You can send the AOS and final packages when you can download the respective cover sheets. You can pay the IV fee bill as soon as the website allows.
