I'm nicer to Mittens because at least he's worked a day in his life. At least he actually has created jobs, built a business from the ground up, etc... Funny. Everything I just said was from reading, researching, and learning.

Some of us take a lot of interest in the candidates that are on the ballots.

I spent countless hours researching Obama in 2007/2008. I was one of his first supporters, until I learned who he really was.

I did the same for Mittens back during the primaries in 2007/8 as well. Hell, even saw the guy speak live... Fake as can be, but knew talking points well.

**but seriously, when I first heard of Mitt Romney and the things he was saying I thought that no WAY is he going to get voted in as leader of the Republican party. However, I saw the other options and they were even more scary. I thought though, Obama is going to win by a landslide; the American people can surely see how much of a flake Mitt is, right? The hatefulness toward President Obama has been appalling. I feel that there is so much propaganda being spewed and terms like "socialist" are being thrown around when I don't think that most people even realize what that means. I am absolutely 100% for universal healthcare. I told my fiance that the 3 things that scare me about moving to the USA are: losing my healthcare, the intense politics and mean-spiritedness of American politics, and the East Coast weather .
