New hia guys. Anyone have idea when PD 25 april 2011 will be current? probably May/june 2013 NO?

Try http://www.myprioritydate.com/ - their calculations are probably as good as anyone's guess here.

USCIS:

8 August 2011: Priority date
16 April 2013: NOA2

NVC:

7 May 2013: Case number received, DS-3032 sent

15 May 2013: AOS bill received and paid

16 May 2013: AOS package sent

17 May 2013: DS-3032 accepted

20 May 2013: IV bill received and paid

21 May 2013: IV package sent

11 June 2013: response to IV checklist sent

13 June 2013: Case upgraded to CR1

2 July 2013: Case completed

28 August 2013: Interview - approved!

21 September 2013: POE

18 November 2013: Green card received

My husband's citizenship journey:

8 February 2013: N-400 sent

Hi everyone

My case was completed about 1.5 month ago. I have a cosponsor along with sponsoring of my wife. My joint sponsor already submitted the last 3 years tax returnes till 2011. My pd is 28 of april 2011 which may be current in july or around that. It means my joint sponsor and my wife will get their 2012 tax return till then. Now my question is :

Shall i send their 2012 tax return to nvc or embassy too? Or it doesn't need? My wife's tax return is ok but my joint sponsor's tax return is a little hard because i do not want to make her in trouble again.

Thank you in advance

mohammada you have to carry recent means 2012 tax file along with you in embassy at the time of interview and ya you will surely need the joint sponsor tax paper and your wife tax paper too.

so tell him or her for just one more trouble.

thanks

Oct 1, I am positive... Patiently waiting for my wife PD 23 Nov 2010. I guess she will be current by March/April 2013

That what even i predict for November 2010 PD's. My hubby would be current in March or April 2013. Patiently waiting!! At least VB is moving forward and this time VB says four to six weeks of movement for next bulletin. Stay in touch and let us know when you get I/L in March or April.

PD 15NOV2010

CASE COMPLETED on 21 September 2011

Thank you for response. My joint sponsor already sent 2009-2010 and 2011 tax return to nvc not to me. It means maybe she didn't like to give them to me. So what can i do if she won't give it to me? On the other hand, i think 2012 tax return forms will be ready in april or may 2013, only 2 or 3 months before getting current. Don't you think nvc won't need 2012 tax papers because of that?

Another question can she send forms to nvc or embassy by herself?
