I petitioned both my parents. They are scheduled for interview next month. If everything goes well, if my parents pass the interview and received their visa. How long can they stay in the country before they fly to USA?

Usually it is 6 months, but check the visa page in the passport when they get it as occasionally, it is less (especially if it's been a while since their medical).

Not normally, no. You could re-schedule the interview though, to late December maybe?
