Sorry but no. K-1 is a one time entry visa. No in an out. My fiance thought it was like a tourist visa until I broke the news to her. I myself thought it was possible until I researched it and members here let me know about it. You can apply for AP (advanced parole) but that hapens after you get married within the 90 days and you apply for AP while doing your AOS (adjustment of status) and then even if approved that can take like 4 months. So in a sense no returning to Mexico for about 5-6 months at best. Hopefully Jay-Kay the VJ member here can answer with more details. That is person knows their stuff.

The K-1 is a one-time, one-way deal. Once you do your US POE it is null and void. The general forum recommendation is to get married and file your AOS (AS, AP, Medical, EAD) applications/documents as soon as possible. You can travel, and then return to the US with your AP document. If you leave US without your AP document, you will have to start your visa process (spousal visa, if you get married) from the beginning.

We filed our AOS packets in mid-August, and have an estimated date for the AP document of the third week of October. Though, we are not holding our breath.

Good luck on your visa journey.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

 (and I thank you kindly)

Yes, once he enters, he cannot leave again until after you are married and he has filed for adjustment of status and received his AP or green card. If he leaves without AP or his green card, he will abandon the process and you will have to start all over again to bring him back to the US using a spousal visa. It takes about 2-3 months to receive the EAD/AP combo card once you file for AOS. Let him know he won't be able to travel back to Mexico and re-enter for a few months.
