Perhaps you're misconstruing what I am saying. My post was not directed at you personally. I don't know you, most definitely do not want to, and the only person I see on these threads who is offended is you. My post was a general comment about a common issue on VJ, not a judgement call against you. If you bothered to read, you'd see my husband adjusted from a B-2 as well. I'm not sure where your hostility comes from but if you can't at least pretend to play nice you won't last here.

We can't account for every little piece of information NOT told by OP. While most cases don't require anything more or anything less than a regurlar AOS interview, there is the occational situation where OP neglected to tell crucial information, or that the AOS was denied based on the intent and whichever other evidence there'd be. This is a fairly good topic on that subject; http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/287242-marriage-based-aos-from-tourist-visa-possibly-denied-what-to-do/page__view__findpost__p__4355185 BUT this one post is the kind of stuff that makes newer users give out warnings, and experienced users ask about the details of the case.

So while "this answer is perfect" suits most cases, there are times when OP doesn't share everything in initial post. You'll see alot of members repeating themselves because people (also non-members) use the posts as guidelines. I personally think that is what ceadsearc did.

There is NO all around answer for AOS or any kind of visa/petition. We all follow the same guides/form instructions and yet some end up being denied. Fascinated about immigration law or not, these posts often reflect how much we want others to succeed in the future without any problems.

i agree

It was a thread. Your comment was the last in the thread, hence I replied to you. I am not judging who will last and who won't. It's VJ terms of service - you can't make comments that are meant to upset/antagonize/belittle/harass/instigate/etc. ie "watch your tongue girlfriend" and "stop judging grandma." If you do, you'll be banned. It has nothing to do with me and my opinions. I have no hatred for you. I'm sorry if you feel that way. Hope that helps clear things up.

Thank you all for the Amazing answers to my question.. you all been helpful.. let me describe our journey so you all can understand our situation...

'We met 2 years ago in Kenya- Africa, she moved to the USA and i was still over there working we started dating a year ago in a long- distance relationship that thanks to her job an mine ( we met through out the year in different countries (UAE, Kenya, UK, DR, Bahamas, USA, Venezuela, France, Mexico) my Wife was pregnant and we decided that for me in order to support her i should move here since she couldn't go to Kenya bc of her job, so we were planning to start our process and my contract in Kenya ended therefore start a process over there wouldn't work because i would not longer be living in that country, unfortunately she lost the baby, and i decided after finishing my contract in Kenya to spend summer with her in our house along with our families, in further research we found out that instead of me going to venezuela and start a process that could last 6 to 9 months and that would mean being apart from each other, we could marry here and start the process while together... it is not easy because even though we are together, whoever decides to follow my path implies being at home without working for as long as the process is on and for those like me (Pilots) being on ground for more than 6 months is not the best option but fortunately we are in the final lap, and guess what? I found out Today we are pregnant Again !!!

Anyway, the process i am in is exactly the same as the one others are with the difference that i am applying while living in the US...

Have all a great day..

P.S: One last question on this post...

Do i need to translate my BIrth certificate? can i use any certified Translator or do i need to use an "USCIS certified" translator if such a figure exist???

Congrats on the pregnancy!

It needs to be translated. Anyone (including yourself) fluent in both languages can translate. They just need to include a statement stating they translated it and that they are fluent in both languages.
