Event Description

Embassy Review : we arrived, 15 minutes earlier to our appointment, our Officer was nice all the time trying to keep the interview as a conversation more than an Inmigration Interview, not many questions and all of them directed to my wife (the petitioner), he only asked me my wife's Birthday that was all, the only problem was that we sent a divorce decision for my wife previous marriage and not the final decree, however, he said that the case was fine and he didn't find any inmigration issues, we should just sent the final divorce decree and after that wait for the Green card... after we sent the decree it took only 10 days to receive the green card in my mail box...

Here you can see some question he asked to my wife:

Where do you meet?
How did you keep a long distance relationship?
when did you Marry him?
your parents know you are married?
when are you expecting the Baby?

The rest of the interview we spent it trying to find the divorce decree Online, with the Court's webpage...

Very friendly and helpful now i am done till 2015... good luck to all of you, one last thing my process was from a B1/B2 visa (tourist) so dont freal out if by any chance you arte doing the same if your relationship is legit and you DID NOT plan to stay in the US when you came with your B1/B2 Visa and you can prove it you are going to be fine...
Harassment Level : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
