I just don't know, it is very frustrating to see your PD is current and you have not received your I/L, more frustrating is that when you call NVC you can have any promising/satisfying answer! Any idea from forum would be appreciated, thanks

hi pdaug1! we're on the same boat. my pd july 19, 2010 case completed but still have not received IL. called nvc also but same answer they are still working with pd's july 15, 2010. pls update when you have receive your IL. thank you

My brother (F2A- Petition filed by LPR Father) got Interview Appointment Letter for 12.06.12

His DOB is 11.16.1990

Priority Date 08.09.10

I130 Approval date 01.05.2011

NVC Case Complete 02.25.11

Can you please use your expertise to find out if my brother will get a visa or not?

Hi there, same here. PD Jul 28, 2010. Case completed back in 2011. But it was reopened because we added a derivative and was just closed last Oct 30. Until now I haven't got our IL yet. I tried calling too, but I was told they are still working on PDs before July 15, since it's still November. Still patiently waiting.
