Does conditional GC replace AP?

Hello all,

Once the conditional green card is issued, does that replace the AP card? I mean, with the 2-year GC, is one able to travel in and out as long as the GC is still valid?

Once you have the Green Card, you can forget about EAD and AP.

they usually take away your EAD/AP when they approve you on the interview. on the spot.

i liked my EAD/AP, it's still stuck on the letter page when they took it, ) i haven't used it yet.

i'm now waiting for GC in the mail. its been a week.

Sometimes they don't take them at the interview and other times, people don't have interviews so no one is there to take the card. I still have mine. However it does become invalid when greencard is issued regardless of having it in your possession or not.
