_{Wife and daughter finally got back from the Philippines. Approval letter dated 2 May and still no green card. We called USCIS Monday and the level one lady was actually helpful. She submitted a service request, apologized and told us she gave VSC fifteen days to respond as to why the cards were never produced.}

_{Status today online changed from "initial review", to "card prodcution ordered".}

_{Now - next month have to start the whole citizenship thing.}

Here you on the USC deal. Seems like they need two tracks at renewal, 1( for a green card only) 2 if you are applying for USC. Why apply for ROC and then wait a month or two then apply for USC, seem redundant and a waste of time and money, on the government part and ours..

I got RFE on 05/08 and I replied on 07/23.(Due date was 07/29..) Still no response, so I am guessing for an Interview. I am going to apply for my citizenship on 25th August ,as it opens on that day. Let see what happens with ROC.

Hi guys! I'm delighted to report that our ROC was finally approved on August 13!

Of course, we first received a RFE earlier this month, to which we responded immediately. Surprisingly, its turnaround was incredibly fast and my new GC is safe and sound with us already.

@Pinkytoes : Yes , we are in same boat. Its been a month ,but still no reply. So I am sure they will send me for an interview. I have just placed the e-request. I am sending N400 on Monday.

I sent the package on October 19, got RFE on May 8, responded July 6, still no answer... VSC. I'm going to call on Tuesday and find out. I am really worried, because it's a waiver.

I also had a inopass appointment on November 28 and handed them my divorce papers. RFE said they never received them! Does anyone know what happens if they take longer than a year to review my case? Do I get my GC extended for another year, like the first one?

I got a RFE around the same time you did, replied just 3 weeks later and still no answer, last time I called USCIS they said they haven't received it yet, seems like we're on the same boat. I sent my N400 last week and hope it'll expedite the process.

I sent mine with tracking and it was delivered, I saw it on usps website.

Hi guys! I'm delighted to report that our ROC was finally approved on August 13!

Of course, we first received a RFE earlier this month, to which we responded immediately. Surprisingly, its turnaround was incredibly fast and my new GC is safe and sound with us already.

I sent mine with tracking and it was delivered, I saw it on usps website.

USCIS claimed they haven't received it, but the tracking shows when it was delivered and that it was signed by somebody there. My lawyer said sometimes the leave files in a mail room and months can pass before they get to an officer.
