Hi! This is my first time to post in here. So, this is my case. I am a US citizen petitioning for my parents. Yesterday, i received a letter from the uscis. This is the dreaded RFE letter.:((( It says something about name difference. That i should submit a documentary evidence to establish that i am the same person. By the way, i used my married name in my application since i have been using this eversince i got married, (for ex. Not my true name) My married name is belma toni valero and my name before marriage is belma gonzaga toni. So, uscis wants me to establish those two names are the same person. The letter stated that i can submit my marriage certificate in case i have a name change because of marriage. I am ready to send this but i want to make sure the marriage certificate (photocopy) is enough or should i provide them with more documents? And if ever i am gonna add some more proofs, what else can i submit? I am sorry, i jut want to make sure it will be approved. I am freaking out  pls help someone ...Thank you :)

If your name changed due to marriage, then yes, a copy of your marriage certificate is what they need to see. It acts as proof of legal name change.
