Another topic I need to post:

My Fiance has 2 white small sealed Envelopes, one for her, and one for her daughter, which appear to be Vaccination Records that was given to her after her Interview.

What are we supposed to do with these? the custom officer took her big envelope but not these two small ones.

I called Customs of the POE in San Francisco and they said to send it to them and gave me an address an who to attention it to. My fiance does not want me to mail them

afraid someone else should have them and it would delay our AOS .

A member from China may be able to help you...

There should have been only one big envelop, with the medical documents inside.

Do you have a copy of hr Ds-3025 + those 2 white envelopes?

Did you make a inquiry to CBP? (US Customs and border protection)

Any immigration related documents supposed to go USCIS (and keep in their warehouse.)

I support your fiancee's opinion. I think it is not a good idea to send it to CBP.

(CBP is really slack. they didn't send my medical report to USCIS. I don't trust them)

Basically, to file AOS from K1 is only required a copy of vaccination sheet .

but if USCIS didn't receive a full medical report (in the K1 envelope) from CBP, then you would get a RFE.

that's too risky.

Do not open the envelopes. Keep them in seal.

and Call and ask USCIS whether they have a full medical report, and what should you do.

Oh sorry. I misunderstood that your fiancee have the full medical report.

if it is just a vaccination record, I think it is the copy of DS-3025 which you should submit with AOS petition.

I got one like them from a hospital.

Who, when and where did she receive the envelopes? If they were given to her at the end of the medical exam, they could be their copies of the medical exams. Do the envelopes have any address or markings on them?

If you got them at the medical use them when you go to the CS in US for the AOS. The big envelope has everything else and was turned in at the POE. Your vaccination record and x-ray will be needed for the CS, seems like they possibly made an extra copy for both of you. The US based CS will complete the forms for them and complete any missing items, TB check, etc. Their are lots of excellent China people on VJ and very knowledgeable.
