hi guys.. called nvc last night and told us still that our papers are not yet in the system. what happened was we sent anothe aos form in compliance of the rfe the operators told us. we did the same thing (as what the operator told us). then the next day i received an email for the checklist. different attention on the address. but we sent the papers already. called nvc again and told us its ok. but til now the papers are not yet reviewed. haayyy anyway i hope we get our case completed before the end of this week.. hoping to get an interview early november ..

Hi Ron N Sheng,

If you sent to NVC without the cover letter (usually colored) they forwarded with the checklist, it is not going to make it back to your application in time for the cutoff. If this is only photocopied information and you can send it again, by all means, attach the cover letter and send it again. If it is certified copies or originals they were requesting you may have to wait it out or get additional certified copies and originals to send in. Hope this helps, however, this is more of a NVC forum question. Saylin is more equipped to answer these types of questions.

Don't get me wrong, we want you to stay with us too, but we are your next step coming up after case complete at NVC. We're the watchers, waiters and encourager's while you are waiting on an interview date. Here is the link to Saylin's forum if you have further questions like this. Please 2nd week in December or 1st week in January (I know that date is far fetched. Think they r closed from 2nd week of December until like 2nd week in January. Oh well God will work it out).

Regardless I will be in Nigeria for Christmas. Exciting.
