NVC process question

Hello all,

I have couple of questions:

1. Is it a good idea to send choice of agent form both by email and by mail (USPS)? We have already sent via email would that be good enough?.

2. Down the road,once NVC completes their process and forward the case to the embassy, are they going to send the interview letter by regular mail or email to the petiioner (since petitioner is agent).?

1. Emails should be good enough, mine took 9 days for NVC to accept it.

2. You get an email when the interview date is assinged, but I think the beneficiary should receive the hard copy of interview letter as here in India for medical they ask to show the original Interview letter. So I assume they would be sending the physical interview letter.

Hi Thanks your reply. SO , the beneficiary has to have a physical copy of interview letter ? or the email can be printed out? And how do they normally mail out the physical copy of letter? USPS or express carrier?

1. Just stick with the email. It'll be approved in 1-2 weeks.

2. If you've given over both email addresses to an operator, then you will only receive emails. You don't get physical letters. You just print out the interview letter from the email for the medical and interview.

I agree. Just stick with the e-mail. Also, you will both get e-mails about the interview.
