just received DS 3032 can I scan it then email

I have been reading a lot about NVC process but it seems I am more confused now that I receive the DS 3032 form from NVC via email....what to do? should I print it and sent it via postal or print it..fill it out then scan and email it to NVC? helpppppp!!!!! I just don't want to commit mistakes too scary for me....

By emailing it, there is NO printing, NO signing, NO scanning, and NO attaching. Just one simple email.

I'd recommend emailing over snail mailing.

We used the the template mentioned in Saylin's post, and it worked just fine. We actually sent off our email before we got the DS-3032 email. Follow the instructions, and don't worry. You should get a reply in about 1 or 2 weeks - it took me about 2 -and a few days after that you will see the IV bill ready to be paid. It's that simple!

And Saylin is right - email is better.

salam alayk , we have just send our ds 3032 we didn t scan it we just took pictures from i phone after completing the form and we paid 88 dollard after two days it showed as paid we send form visa email after 10 days they send us email that they receive our form after four days thet send us invoice to pay 230 dollard to continue process before sending aos affidavit of support

i should u just to complete the form correctly and scan it or take pictures from phone send it to them they will respond u after one to two weeks that they receive it after that they will send u email that u must pay 230 dollard to continue the next step if ther is no error in the form ds3032 don t be worried

May I suggest to go and read the #1 and #2 post pit together by our fabulous Saylin http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/386421-nvc-filers-september-2012/ . It will get you all ready and cut out wasted time. Don't wait for mail fro NVC for nothing, All we care from their is Case Complete and Interview.
