Dear everyone,

Currently I am waiting for the NOA2 of my K1 visa. I have a question that bothers me so much. Does he need to submit Affidavit of Support when he files the petition?

In fact, he didn't.. But is there a way to fix that if it turns out that he needs to? For your information, I live in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Thank you.

Best,

Agnetta

Well I'm not sure if I understand you but if he is the Petitioner then yes when the NOA2 comes he will have to file form I134 affidavit support but if you are the petitioner then it u who will need to file form I134

He is the petitioner. So, he will have to submit it to USCIS? Or should he send it to me and then I will present it when I have my interview?
