Thank you, all!

I was starting to worry because it had been a couple of weeks since they reported having received the RFE, and I wasn't sure what that meant! Apparently, it wasn't a big deal.

I won't be able to relax fully until the green card is in my husband's hands, though.

Your husband's NOA1 date is just a couple days before ours. I'm not gonna hold my breath but maybe ours is on the way down. Congratulations though....what a relief, eh? :thumbs:

It's such a relief. I was scared that the officer in San Antonio gave us bad advice when she told us not to get a new medical exam.

I hope your approval is coming very soon. :thumbs:

Conditions Removed! Ten-year green card received 6/24/2009. No more USCIS for a very long time.

Alright, you won't believe it. I just checked my email and found out that my husband was approved on March 2nd, would have been a wonderful weekend if I checked my email earlier. I'm shocked.Finally :dance:

Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

On March 2, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before you get your new card call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

Can someone explain ADIT process to me please?

Last I checked AOS was touched on 21 Jan... hope there will be some more action soon.

I will be testing out my AP for the forst time next week so hope that works out!!

Good to hear of some older cases coming through now - congratulations to y'all ;-)

I always remember there being a disclaimer there when I went to log in. This weekend, though I go to the page but there is no login option - the page hasn't formatted properly. Did you find a different login page? I haven't been able to check on touches since Friday night :(
