Hi all! Congrats to all those recently approved!!

Unfortunately I'm still 5th from top, still no approval yet. I checked my online status today and was amazed to see the last updated date had changed from 09/15/2006 to.....03/11/2006. That's kinda funny seeing as I didn't even have my fiance visa on that date so I'm not sure how the last time my AOS was touched could possibly be that date!! My last updated date seems to have regressed by a good six months!! I'm just gonna stop checking that altogether now.

Hope we see some more approvals soon!!

Just noticed we are the only ones with a NOA1 date from July left waiting. What's more important to look at though, the NOA1 date or the date of transfer? Just wondering.

I'm not really sure. My own speculation is that since we've (kind of) determined that the FBI namecheck begins shortly after the NOA1, if that's your hold-up, your NOA1 date should be the more pertinent.

Conditions Removed! Ten-year green card received 6/24/2009. No more USCIS for a very long time.

Hello all,

I have been rather busy with work and what not so I haven't been able to check in on how people are doing ... It is sad to see so many names that I recognize still on the unapproved CSC Transfer list ... People who were there before me even ...

Anyways, I hope for each and every one of you an approval soon ... Good luck !!

I wonder that as well. When I called the infoline once the lady said "So I see your case was received in Aug" or something like that which made it sound like that date was pertinent, not the October transfer date I was asking about. It does also say "You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done, counting from when USCIS received it." That sounds to me like the processing dates should count from when USCIS first received it but they could always mean when CSC received it. I certainly hope that it's by NOA1 because that would mean we are coming up on 180 days....although it's really discouraging that the info line says I can't inquire about my case until 180 days after my transfer.

We sent ours off in early July and have no interview date either, even though we've been transferred. I don't know when ours was transferred because they didnt say by email, but I was told on the 1800.

You are from the UK as well. Seems we are in the same date range and from same country. Hope we hear something soon :)

Congrats Lewis! Great news.

I believe you're the 2nd IMBRA recall to be AOS approved? woohoo!

Did you have an interview?

FYI - we received the white "green" card yesterday so even thought the notice says within 60 days it came pretty quick, only taking 9 days from initial email welcome notice.

Hope yours arrives without any glitches as well!

Congrats on the approval Lewis!

Karencee I'm not too far behind you on NOA date I don't think- I'm 08 Aug 2006 so I guess in a week or two it'll be 6 months since I filed.

No news on my case, my last updated column on the website was changed back to Sep 15th 2006 and I had to change my password as it was expiring, that's quite depressing really. I thought to myself I'll change my password if Uscis will give me the greencard!! Oh well, it's still early in the week so lets hope for more approvals!!

Thanks! No, there was no interview. Congrats on getting the card in the mail, that's also good news. Yeah, I think you and I could be the first IMBRA recallers on this site to be approved. Hope to see many more AOS approvals soon!
