it was a mis-routing.

Ask your wife to call into USCIS, get an ISO human, and see what's up.

Missouri doesn't handle Visas for spouses of USCitizens.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I heard of another one just recently also going to the National Benefits Center

...But did not keep up on the outcome of that case.

I posted about being sent to Missouri.....and have since seen another 4 or so had the same happen.

My husband called and was told not to worry about it and we have since checked our status online which now says we're back at a USCIS....to be honest I havent a clue where we are now. But we've been assured after calling the helpline it isnt an issue and noone here seems to think its time to panic just yet.

Keep an eye on your status online,the initial review doesnt change but where your file goes seems to.....I too am CR1 and an August filer.

Missouri = National Benefits Center.

IMO, it's a mis-routing.

MOST Adjustment of Status Casefiles get sent to NBC.

i don t know what kind of jurisdiction they can find over the case? did they tell u about it, no?

They did not notify me why just that it had jurisdiction over it! Just that it had jurisdiction over it!

This makes me nervous......youre saying you think its a mis-route.....the people on the phone are saying not to worry,I know the helpline has a bad reputation so who's right?

This whole system is that unfair it wouldnt surprise me if it was a mistake we just got stuck right back onto the bottom of the pile....the USA can send a space craft to Mars but wigs out when it comes to dealing with visa applications.....and I know the UK will be the same!!!!
