My heart just dropped... ok I'll have her look for information so we can get more stuff ready. Thanks.

KevinJB welcome to the forum. As some have said you can get China (GUZ) related information in the China portal so if it is location specific post there. There are lots of veterans that can help guide you.

Feel free to send me a message if you have any questions.

The only thing you need to concern yourself with now is the proof of having met in person, the ongoing relationship stuff you can collect along the way...

GUZ isn't that bad if you have a solid case and are well prepared...and prepared to wait.

Good luck and see you around!

*edit* The requirements in Manila are a bit different than Guangzhou so not everything carries over. What happens in one IV unit might not happen in another so members should be conscious of embassy specific requirements.

The evidence you have so far should be good enough to get your petition approved. Your primary evidence for the petition is anything that proves you met within the last 2 years. You said you have plenty of that. Include that with your petition and some of the photos, phone records, and emails that you currently do have. You don’t necessarily need a ton of evidence at this point. You will, however, need more evidence at the time of your interview. So from now up until the time of the interview, just make sure you do a better job of holding onto anything you think will help you prove your relationship.

Good luck!!
