I am not trying to start a fight and know I haven't been waiting long but I was wondering if anyone thinks Vermont is going to pick up anytime soon. I have seen that Vermont has been giving out a lot of NOA2 these last two days and was just hoping that Vermont is pulling out of its slump. I was just wondering if those of you who've been on vj for a while seeing how both centers go slow and then are normal again... how long does it usually lasts. I am going to visit my fiance during the interview since we are going to say goodbye to his family and have a goodbye and engagement party. I was just trying to plan accordingly since my boss is freaking out. He told me I can go anywhere from December - February. But I am a little nervous that if Vermont stays at this pace I would have to ask for off in March or even April. My boss literally asks me everyday and doesn't take I don't know as an answer. lol so any help would be appreciated. I received my NOA1 on June 27th and right now my estimated timeline says my NOA2 should arrive Dec 29th. When I first sent out my packet it was Nov 27. lol So I am just curious.

Thanks guys! :)

Someone recently on here called and was told they are working on Feb.6th filers..but I called last week and was told they were working on January 16th.So Good luck on the wait...I pray it is not as long as most here waiting on Vermont. I can only imagine those who are waiting and their application should be processed soon they must be freaking out. Looking at Igor's list it looks as thought they are on mid February applications. I guess USCIS doesn't even know what they are working on. That is just frustrating. They need to get a move on it with these applications!

Thank you!!!!! :)

Right on. Their guess is as good as ours. The good thing is that because of VJ we are more informed than others who have started the process and have no VJ support.

I think you should be good, of course just an estimate. I don't know how fast the Chile Consulate moves along, but just remember that once you get the NOA2, things pick up pretty fast. Don't get despaired just yet, you still have another 3 months. But if it were me, I would be on the up and up that you would be able to be there sometime Feb for the interview.

I must be a few days behind you. My estimated timeline has moved a week backwards since two weeks ago. It is an Absolute joke. We're just coming up to the four month mark and although theres so many people ahead, I just feel so angry right now. It's so frustrating to know that it might take 7 months to wait for someone to say 'yes, you can enter our country' now wait like a good boy/ girl and keep paying for our service that we provide at OURconvenience. We're human beings not pieces of paper in a file or data on a computer.

Rant over. Bad day. UGH!

Call me optimistic, but I think things will pick up soon. God I hope I'm right. Maybe they will transfer files or focus more attention on K1's momentarily to appease all our complaints. With your date close to mine, I think maybe we will hear something end of september or beginning of October..

When I got my first NOA (April 17), my estimate for NOA2 was about a week ago in August :rofl:VSC was jugging along in April. For about the last month, it has been around the 3rd week of October. I have accepted this as this estimate is at 6 months. I am trying to be optimistic that VSC can actually achieve this though.

Yeah my first estimated date was November 27th with was about 2 weeks behind someone who sent their application a week after me. I said no biggie what is two weeks. Now I am December 29th and they are early October it makes me want to cry. I hope they transfer some applications bc if you look at Igor's list there are still over 100 applications for Feb and more than 100 for March and April! So basically those 300 have to get approved plus who ever isn't on VJ then they finally go through May. I just guess if I understood why it would be easier. haha I was so thrilled to go down to Chile for Christmas and New Years since our interview would've probably been early January but now I see that isn't going to happen. I guess I just have to be grateful that I have time to work on everything from the interview stage. You should see me I am probably going to be done with everything for the interview stage before VSC is done with Feb applications!

I guess there is no use in complaining. I just feel horrible for those who've waited so long. My heart goes out to u.
