Dear VJers,

I just wanted to share my feelings with the people who are in the same process as I am. My fiance and I started the K1 process in February. We got our NOA1 on the 5th of March and we passed the 5 months already.

I'm starting to loose my hope a little! I know they are busy with it, but all this waiting and waiting and hoping for the 5 months to pass and now I just don't know what date to look forward to anymore.

It's just hard to miss my fiance, I'm almost so desperate to buy a ticket to the States and share just a week with my fiance. But actually we can't afford it right now.

I'm just a little disappointed and I hope that there are people who I can share my feelings with.

Thanks..

I know it can be very frustrating, but just be patient. You'll hear something soon. If you look at what's been coming out of the VSC in the last few days, a lot of people who filed at the end of February are getting approved now. Hang in there, you're getting close! :)

Think of it under this light: If you're planning to spend the rest of your life with him, what different will a couple of months make?

Of course, easier said than done, but it might help you regroup a little...

Hang in there... :star:

You have a bunch of people here that share your pain. I joined this group last week with a very similar story to yours. I have learned a ton on here...not sure if it will help in reality, but I do feel a little better about things. They received my petition on February 9, and I still have heard nothing. It is absolutely driving me crazy.

I am a early February filler (NOA1 received on 02/08/12) to Vermont and as today I am still waiting for NOA2 (188 days) so you miust be patient. For Vermont as I undestand is more than 6 months now because that office is very low...Just wait at least 2 more months.

I’m so sorry you been feeling this way. I know how hard it is to be in this situation. But don't worry dear it will all past. As soon as you got your noa2 things goes faster and the waiting game is over

goodluck!!!!!!

The longer it takes to happen the more you'll appreciate it when it does!

I know exactly how you feel. Fridays and Saturdays are the worst for me. For the last couple of weeks, I've just been going home from work on Friday's and crying for hours on end. Hopefully it won't be too much longer for all of us February filers... I don't know how much more of this I can take!

P.S. come join us in the February filers thread :) There's a lot of us still just hanging out and waiting...
