I filed i130 from feb .. No word yet still waiting .

It all sounds to me vermont is slowest. I wonder when should all April filers start panicking?

I guess we'll (April Filers) will begin to worry at the end of September and no word. California is already working on April and May filers. It's so unfair.

Hi everybody,

I got the noa1 on april 12th, and my fiancé called USCIS 3 weeks or 1 month ago, they told us we

should expect the noa2 on ....september 10th.

But remember that california was very late and now, all of a sudden in july, their service center approved petitions of february, march, april and began may. Maybe Vermont will aslo wake up soon, let's hope!

yes it will happen because you paid $420 and they will by law have to give you some word. It's just a mater of time. 4 to 6 months on average. ours took 4 months at the VSC. it was approved just last month.

if they take more than 6 months. tell them you want your money back.

yes, I got mine 4 weeks ago. then the NVC case number took 3 weeks.

Yea but we're not talking about the same visas. Some are K1 with 129F and it's the slowest to get. On igor's list we can see that VSC is taking care of february fillers...

I applied for k1 visa.This wait is making me so frustrated. We can see on igor's list california center is taking care of May fillers...and Vermont, February! Seriously ! I am so angry.

Looks like you are posting on the wrong progress thread you filed K-1, this is a I-130 thread.

Sucks that VSC slowed down, but it does look to be a pattern, hopefully VSC will pick it up soon.

Hey all you VSC April I-130 Filers

Sooo.. My husband contacted his senators office to see if they could perhaps get an update on the case for us, they contacted USCIS and was advised that if the petition hasnt been approved by Mid OCTOBER then they will see what they can do.. eek
