Salam everyone ... Hi everyone

I was 22 year old when I starning to know my wife online at yahoo . we both starning emails each orther , that time she was studying and take care of 2 jobs.

we know each orther from 2006 ... we starning video converstion at 2007..

We fell love each orther on Journey 2007. and she decided that she wanna come to pakistan to marry me . we got married on 14 dec 2007 ... she went back to home in 2008 we starning file our case to uscic in 2008 them there is some bad happens with her she got car accident 2 times durning file our case and she been in hospital for like few months them she come back to home durning that time doctor told her do not travling anywherre... and she cant wait to come to pakistan to see me but we really love each orther and we missing each orther like crazy . Anways I am telling you guys a short about us and everything ...we been really hard working on our case from 2008 starning callins emails to NVC And do alot of things got mistake few times at NVC Process and wait every few month to update the file and everything ... I am sure you guys know that how is this Process to contuine ...

Anways, my wife travel 3 times to Pakistan durning that time Last time she come .

in october 3. 2011. she was stay with me durning that time we keep calling to NVC ... and keep sending emails to Nvc... about our case and we joint co sponser from a friend here and he file co sponser for us to file case in NVC .... we comeplate that AT NVC..... One day I was eating my lunch and I was telling my wife to lets check emails .. I got email from NVC.... That my case been ferwrd to us embassy ... and my interview will be 19 Dec 2011 at 8:00am in Morning US Embassy in Islamambad.

I called to Medical Place for Medical Exam and I went to Islamambad for Medical Exam and Thanks Allah for clear my Medical Exam .. and I done at 10 Dec 2011 My medical Exam in Islamambad

We went to Islamambad at 18 dec 2011 and we stay at hotel in Islamambad .

its monday Morning 5:30am we wake up and call to texi to take us to us embassy in Islamambad we wake up without breakfast without tea and she have to take her medicaine for her pain since she had car accident 2 times in fest 2 years. and she was not feeling well that day ... she was nervous about my interview and everything ..

we went to embassy at 6:00am in morning without breakfast but we forget to take breakfast buz we were nervous and worried about interview thing.

7:00am bus take to embassy and i was first person to go to embassy in Islamambad... I enter to embassy show my ID Card and passport and Interview Letter ... we just wait there 7:30am we go inside to embassy .... we been waiting for call my name for interview ... time been going so slow and we where worried and nevrous about interview buz we been working on our case from so long since 2008.

guy come take to fingerprint place take my fingerprint and tell me to wait there for call your name for interview , After that we been setting there without breakfast and tea .... now 2:00 lunch time still i didnt hear my name and we just come out for to eat something my wife got fever and she was not feeling well from cold durning time .... and we eat something and she take her pills and go back to inside a embassy ..

now its 5:00pm ... they call my name to come to window number 1 for interview ...

consular officer ask me if i am relax and fine ... i ask yes sir, i am fine thanks ... he starning questions about us ......

1. When we meet online and where we know from each orther ....

2. whats my wife fav movies and fav clothes and fav food ...

3: Show Co marriage video pictures.. etc...

he was very nice to me he was smiling and asking question to me about my wife ...

my wife was there with me and orhther lady co ask her to come to window number 5

her interview was with orther co lady officer and mine was with orther co offcer ..

he was good and he checkin everything ... but he didnt said anything when he ask for everything and i show at him and he check everything i guess everything was fine at interview with him and interview was with him about 50 mintues .......

durning that time 2 pakistani consular officer come and ask me to fellow them and take me to one single room and asking question ... like why i married to this women and why i wanna go to usa and there was some stupid question they ask me whichs i can never ever forget that .... and i was smiling and very happy to answer every questuon they ask me interview was that 2 pakistani guy consular officer about 2 hours ....

they check every single papers of mine and my wife and everything was right they never find anything wrong with our decoments but sure we got some Age Diffrent but Love have no age .... I love my wife so much and she love me very much and we both love each orther Always ... and forever

we know each orhther from 2006... and we got married on dec 14 2007 ....2008....

that 2 pakistani consular officers was very rude to me and thanks allah I give them every single question Answer and they cant believe my english speaker powar is soo good and they keep asking where i learn that english and i told them that ofcoures my wife is teacher and she told me that english and she have higher education... and i was a FA Student .. here they were asking me she have higher education and they ask me about my jobs and everythign and they ask me about my wife family and everyone they got all information from us at that day ....

I just dont understand why they treat us like we are all terroist or something else....

my wife was very sad about that interview 2 pakistani guy take from me and we boht done interview 7"30pm and we were last person to left from embassy and we were first persons come to embassy in Islamambad i dont know why they treat us like that .... and now we are in AP.... for over 7 month and still got no words from embassy ....

in bening of ap they ask us for family information about my wife and whichs we are already told them in day of interview and after 2 months durning admin proccs they ask again for that information whichs was wasted the time and we send email to them and give this information to them about us and family ....

after 6 month of Adminstrive proccs there was a guy came from us embassy ... asking to my family friends about our marriage and things we do together ... and everyone of them answer to him about us its was good i know ....

I just dont know understand what take so long to this Adminstrion proccs and why they didnt answer our emails and phone calls to tell us how long its will take more to wait for that case to complate ......

I pray to allah to everyone on this horrible Proccess... May Allah bless everyone

MY INTERVIEW TOOK 15 MIN , THEY ASK ME VERY SIMPLE QUESTION AND MY WIFE THE SAME AND THEN SAID BACK TOMOROW PICK UP VISA

It's common don't take it personally it's because Pakistan became one of the countries that had a lot of men coming to usa through this route then not maintaining a relationship with the citizens that sponsored them. Just hang in there if things go well you will hear back from them soon.

Thank you all for post comment about my story ..... we been working on our case since 2007.... and still never ever give up on anything ... we are online together share food together sleep together wake up together and every sec of our life we contect each orther and but we cant touch each orther buz we are far from each orther :( .

my wife called to Congress,woman about our case last month and she was black lady and she said to my wife after 9/11 its very hard to get a us visa ... whichs everyone know that that was her answer of phone to my wife .. them my wife crying and hang up on phone from her ... sounds like she never wants to help us ... so we send email and call to her ... we didnt hear a word from her again ,

my passport will be expire in Dec 2012 and i called so many times to us embassy in islamambad about my passport and they said they will send my passport on Xpress mail service but i didnt hear a word from them i called few weeks before ... so they let know my passport will be expire in Dec 2012...

I send emails to embassy and they never replay me back one of my emails .. never ever .... been about 7 month and 14 days of my AP....:(( Inshallah soon we will hear good news ... just waiting waiting and waiting for that news :(

It is not just Pakistan, there are others from varies countries in AP. You already have a home investigation behind you so they may be wrapping it up soon with the review of the investigation, there is nothing you can do but wait. Your USC can call DOS for status updates but the reasons of why you are in AP will not be disclosed and no one can tell you how long it will take.

DOS 202-663-1225 press 1, then 0. Have case number, beneficiary name and DOB ready. Bi weekly calls will keep you updated.

NVC Received : some dinkelsberry yehoo in the house of clingons send our petition to the wrong consulate.

Consulate Received : July 30,2014 Transfer to right embassy complete.

Interview Date : Oct 22, 2014

Interview Result : AP , requesting another PC (not expired) and certified divorce decree (was submitted)Stokes interview via phone for petitioner 4 hrs after interview.

Oct 23 email notification visa approved.
Visa Received : Nov. 3 , 2014 VISA IN HAND.

US Entry : Nov. 21, 2014

Marriage : Dec 27, 2014

AOS send : May 12, 2015, received May 14, 2015 USPS priority

Email &text : May 18, 2015, check cashed May 19,2015, return receipt May 21, 2015 stamped USCIS Lockbox, NOA1 (3x) May 22,2015

Biometrics : June 1, 2015 letter received for appointment June 8, 2015, successful walk-in June 1, 2015

RFE : June 12, 2015 for income not meeting guideline. Income does ( ! ) exceed guideline.

RFE response : June 26, 2015 returned with a boat load full of financial evidence.

UPDATE: July 5, 2015 updated on all 3 cases, RFE received June 30, 2015.

Service request : Aug 12, 2015, letter received that it will be processed within 90 days from receipt of RFE.

UPDATE: Aug 24, 2015, EAD card being produced/ordered. ( 102 days from AOS receipt day and 55 days from RFE response received.) Thank you Jesus !

Emails : Aug 24, 2015, EAD approved, EAD card ordered.

I-797 EAD/AP approval notice received : Aug 27, 2015

Second Biometrics appointment letters received for EAD and AOS on Aug 15, 2016 for Aug 17 ( 2 day notice).

Third Biometrics appointment letter received Aug 19, 2016 for Sept. 1, 2016. WTH ?!

EAD/AP (renewal) approval Aug 22, 2016, NOA2 received Aug 25, 2016

Renewal EAD in production notification text and online, expedite successful 4 days after RFE request response was faxed, Aug25mailed,Aug29received.

Sept. 21 Interview, 2 hour interview, we were separated and asked about 50 questions each for an hour each. IO was firm but professional, some smiles.
Several service requests made, contacted Senator and Ombudsman. Background checks still pending.
July 21, 2017 HOME VISIT.  Went well. Topic thread in AOS forum.
Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.
