July 2nd 2006: Marriage ceremony

Oct 10th 2006:Received Green Card

REMOVING CONDITIONS

August 12th 2008: Sent I 751 to CSC

Dec 5th 2008: Green Card in the mail

NATURALIZATION

Dec 4th: Sent N 400

March 18th: Interview

May 24th 2011: Oath in Minneapolis. Journey is over.

I called my lawyer to talk to him about it and he says there is no way we can get our green card without an interview. Has anyone actually gotten their card in the mail? I sure hope this isn't a mistake.

I'd have to say that your lawyer needs to get with the times, it surprises me that an Immigration Lawyer wouldn't know what has been happening lately ... There has been many K-1ers being approved from California Service Center (CSC) lately without an interview ...

Check out this post on VJ ( http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=387 ) as there are many people who have been approved without interviews ...

Yanno Dan, the same questions will be asked over and over and over and over...I've seen it so much over the last year or so that I've been here. Don't let it get to you. It ain't worth it. :)
