Its 4.36 pm eastern time only 29 minute remaining to not only closing of the day also the last working day of the week and visa bulletin has not been issued yet. its very very surprising for all of us that almost 2 day happened demand data released for September 2012 but visa bulletin not yet. another depressing day for all of us its very very unusual its 10 of the month and its not yet. i think another mystery of dos is going to start from monday.

I think they still have more available visas but doesn't have intervew time slot to make more appointments, and maybe consulates are soo busy and don't have more available dates..

The case is GOING TO be set for consular processing and will be there for sometime.. unless your priority date is current.. your case is not ready to be processed. They assume they many applicants will not maintain their legal status for X number of years. You can notify the NVC that you intend to process it as an AOS and they would forward the case to USCIS who will fwd it to the local office who has jurisdiction over your local area.

thank u RICARDO4EVA2
