Thank you. I'm going to make copies of all my pay stubs now.

If your pay stub has year to date totals, one is enough.

Make sure it is printed in company letterhead

Do you have a Human Resources Dept where you work if you do go to them they will write the letter for you. Sometimes supervisors are not allowed or just too tied up in the day to day to write these letters. This is my area of expertise lol I am an HR Manager and I write them all the time for my people..
