hello everybody, heres my problem im so anxious about my aos application i sent it last june 15 and until now the check aint cashed yet plus no noa showing up in the mailbox, while i see other members timelines sent there application days after i sent mine, and they got there noa and biometrics apptmt after a week... what is going on? im so freakin out now, what should i do? has anybody experience the same thing on there aos application? please fellow members your answers will make me feel better, please share your same stories with me... thank you everybody, your answers will be much appreciated.

p.s. i cant think anything i did wrong, i sent the application in the right adress in chicago lockbox, usps status says its delivered since june 17, i answered my application right, what could i possibly did wrong? :crying: :crying: :crying:

June 17 was a Sunday. But either way, that is not a long time at all. It can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks for them to send the check through electronically. Give it 30 days, you should see it as being pulled out of your account within that time frame. Then about 2 weeks after that for you to get your receipt. 2 weeks is not long enough to worry :)

My lawyer sent mine may 18 and i received my noa june 14th and biometrics letter june 16th. Hope that helps.

May 22 , 2012 : Lawyer sent AOS
June 10, 2012 : checks cashed
June 11, 2012 : NOA's arrived
June 13, 2012 : Biometrics appointment arrived for July 5th
June 19, 2012: Succesful walk-in at Bellflower,ca office
July 25, 2012 : First card production ordered text/email
July 30, 2012 : second card production ordered text/email
July 30 ,2012 : Third text/email approval notice sent
July 31,2012 : Fourth text/email usps reported it picked up email
Aug 2, 2012 : Fifth email USPS has delivered your new card at address on file
Sep 7,2012 : Text notification update: On September7th we mailed you an appointment notice for an interview for October 10,2012!!
Sep 10,2012: receieved interview letter in the mail for October 10 at LA field office!

May 6,2013 : Recieved email I-485 approved

May 10,2013: card document production ordered/ received Welcome letter

May 16,2013: Received Green Card in Mail!

Hi! You can call them for follow-up or track your package.Sometimes it will take them awhile.Btw,it took us forever before we received the biometrics letter eventhough our NOA1 was dated 5 days later from the date we sent it.We called 30 days after since we didn't receive anything.May 22 we received our biometrics appointment dated June 8.And yes it took long for us too. :bonk:

Any news? Looks like from your signature, you got your biometrics appointment letter. Have you got your NOA?

Hi.. yes i got my biometrics apptmt but still no noa...

Try calling them and tell them na you didn't receive your NOA but did receive your biometrics appointment letter.They can see it in their system.If they said they sent it then just tell them that you didn't receive anything and that you need them to send you another copy.

Hello,

I was wondering if you got your biometrics appointment, but they still have not cashed your check for the filling fees for your AOS? I filled mine and got a delivery date for USPS on the 1st of June which is Sunday, but this is the date that USPS said it was delivered. I sent it to the Chicago PO box. I have not recieved an email, text, or had the check cashed yet. I am wandering if they opened your packet and did not cash the check.

My check was cashed yesterday and I filed on 26th of March. We had our email notification too. Maybe you should call.

Same thing happened to me. I NEVER got my Noa1. Only my biometrics letter.

I rang them and they said that they usually don't resend the NOA1's. Told me it wasn't a big deal.

I have since got my EAD/AP approved, so I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Once they have cashed the checks and sent you the Bio letter you should be fine!
