Congratulations!

I was just wondering how you set it up such that you receive notifications regarding your case thru email?

My husband and I decided that I go for the K3 visa now (instead of the IR to save costs and since my K3 visa interview will be in 2 weeks) and then I will just adjust status once I am there. Based on the CSC transfer thread here, there's a big chance of fast approval without an interview. I am praying that will happen to us.

K3 IR - doubtful that a K3 will be transferred to CSC... havent heard of one yet ... pretty much it is K1 that gets transferred.

Oh no! If that's the case, then, I won't be expecting too much from the SC transfer then..:(

I was thinking of just filing the AOS in person at OKlahoma City (when I arrive in the US). My husband and I will be staying there for quite some time anyway... I read on the USCIS website that OKC is testing the DORA effective Nov 20, 2006.

Fellow VJ'ers, any thoughts on this?
