Packet 3 HELP!!

Hi all! So my fiance is currently visiting me here in the US and it seems that his Packet 3 has arrived (way sooner than I thought!!) to Madrid, Spain. Since he is not there, we are not exactly sure how to go about things. I looked up under the Madrid Embassy link here on VisaJourney, but I don't really understand. It says it has the following forms included:

DS156

DS156K

DS230 Part I

DS230 Part II

DS157

I-134

Medical Information Sheet

The problems are as follows:

1. I cannot find DS157 in the downloads section

2. DS156 is only in electronic form (??) :/

3. Are we supposed to fill these out and send them back, send SOME of them back, or just take them all to the interview?

Can anyone help with any of those questions for me?

I found a link on a quick search on the 156 and 157. I was going to link, but i'm not sure which one you need and I don't want to steer you wrong. They should be online for you to fill out and print.

2. Yes. DS-156 is online only. It generates a bar code.

3. This question is Embassy specific. I suggest posting in the regional part of the forum. If you received instructions from the Embassy, just follow them to the T http://www.visajourn...-uk-and-russia/
