When my fiance and I filed, we had been together just slightly less than a year (over a year now). He lived with me for 4 months though, and I've been back to see him several times since then.

You just have to prove that you have met in person in the last two years - thats all, not that you have been together for two years! You are fine!

As naomiandadam pointed out, the length of the relationship is IRRELEVANT. The requisite to file this petition is that the two of you have met, face to face, at least one time, within the past two years.

Yes, it is possible. I met my fiance first time in December 2010 and in June 2011, and was approved by Nov 2011. :-) Even for a HIGH fraud country, MENA and in spite of our age differences... we did it!
