Is there x ray Scanner at ASC entrance? I'm pregnant

Have appointment tmr for fingerprint. Just want to know if there is x ray scanner there for security check, like the ones at airport. Or just a metor detector door ?(you walk though it, if you have metor on ou, alarm goes off) .. I'm pregnant, cannot walk through the x ray thing. If there is such a thing there, can I request not to go through that?

It would help a lot if you said which ASC center you had to go to.

Ours only had the metal detector you walk through and the side bag thing you put all your personal belongings on. That was in Omaha.

The BLD security at ALL FEDERAL blds are set up to accomodate all persons, therefore I am quite sure they would not have a xray scanner a a federal bld that the general public uses.

Our newest center in Fort Myers had no security except a person at a desk near the front door. We were there last month and walked in, said hi, got some paperwork to fill out, and had a seat.

10/19/11- Package arrives at VSC

10/20/11- NOA1 issued

10/24/11- "Touch"

10/24/11- Check cashed

10/26/11- NOA1 received

11/23/11- Biometrics appointment

01/14/12- Conditional GC Expired

07/17/12- Approved! - Notification of card production

07/23/12- Notification of card being mailed

07/25/12- 10 year GC received!

There wasn't even a person at the front desk when I went for Biometrics in York PA for my AOS!

12/31/2009 - Marriage

07/21/2010 - AOS approved

08/04/2010 - Green Card received (and it's actually green!)

05/30/2012 - Sent ROC packet to VSC

06/08/2012 - Received NOA1 for ROC (Dated 06/04/2012)
