hi to everybody...the ds-3032 and aos fee bill was generated last feb. 20, 2006. and after two days i emailed the nvc about the ds-3032 to save time. i ask them to let my husband (USC) be my agent. 3 dyas have passed i didn't yet hear from them... and also 5 days have passed my usc husband didn't yet receive the aos bill... is it normal? im so worried already...

5 days are absolutely normal for usps to deliver letters. don't stress over it too much, give them a bit time to answer you. It took them about 2 weeks to send me affirmation of my change of address.

They have plenty to do and you will get your things pretty soon.

March 24, 2009 - card production ordered

April 4, 2009 - Green Card in mail

I think you are still within the normal waiting for USPS. I always got the NVC mail Saturday or Monday. I am sure you will get the AOS bill on Monday. Also, try calling NVC automated system on Monday or Tuesday morning. NVC generates and updates the automated system on Monday or Tuesday morning...

March 21st, 2006 - Medical

March 23rd, 2006 - Interview --- VISA APPROVED

March 24th - Passport received. ( Applicant picked up passport from Courier/delivery service office)

April 7th - Hubby's POE at Chicago.

April 10th - Trip to SSA Local office to apply for Social Security Card.

April 27th - 1st Welcome letter

May 1st - 2nd Welcome letter

May5th - Received Social Security card in mail

May 11th - Received Green Card in mail

196 Days @ USCIS ( 178 for NOA2 + 18 case transfer at NVC)

50 Days @ NVC to complete the case

13 Days @ case transfer at embassy

you will be fine my wife emailed NVC and she got a reply after a week hang in there =)

Don't worry sometimes it takes 12 days based on my hubby experienced. Goodluck and Godbless!!!

yes,you can pay $70 as soon as you get the bill.AOS and IV are two different tracks.

On the other hand,you'd better call NVC to make sure they have received your e-mail and have accepted your choice of agent.

Dont worry you will get their stuff in the mail it just takes time! I had to wait 3 + weeks for a checklist letter to arrive here that actually did get lost in the mail! Thanks to the self generated verison I didnt have to wait that long since NVC refused to mail a new one.

You can self generate your AOS fee bill using James Shorcuts.
