I-864 Question re: supporting evidence

This is U.S. citizen (RK) writing. Inday and I are assembling forms and related material for AOS/EAD/AP submission. I have a question about I-864: are duplicates required for submission of supporting evidence (e.g. pay stubs, bank statements, etcetera)?

[i ask because I remember assembling duplicates of these items for I-134 in preparation of Inday's visa interview. I have read the I-864 form instructions multiple times thinking duplicate submissions would similarly be required but have missed that instruction if present.]

May 4, 2006 - We first meet in Singapore
[March 2008 to October 2011] - RK visits Inday in Philippines; multiple visits
April 11, 2010 - RK proposes on Palawan Island; Inday says "Yes! Yes!"
Apr 4, 2011 - I-129F mailed
Apr 11, 2011 - petition received, NOA1, application routed to VSC
Aug 3, 2011 - NOA2! I-129F petition approved!! Yahoo!!!
Aug 10, 2011 - NVC forwards petition to Manila
Aug 17, 2011 - Petition arrives Manila
October 4, 2011 - Medical passed; thank you for answered prayer!
October 12, 2011 - K-1 Visa approved!! Thank you for more prayers anwswered!!
November 24, 2011 - POE! (Thanksgiving Day) Prayers answered!!!! Many Thanks!!!!
Feb 5, 2012 - Wedding Ceremony!

June 14, 2012 - AOS filed (EAD & AP concurrently filed also); sent via FedEx courier
June 19, 2012 - text notification indicating receipt AOS package
June 25, 2012 - hardcopy AOS, EAD, AP "NOA1"s (I-797C) received
June 29, 2012 - appointment letter for biometrics received (appointment: mid-July)
July 14, 2012 - Biometrics appointment: complete
July 18, 2012 - Case transferred to California Service Center notice received
August 27, 2012 - Combo EAD & AP card received

April 25, 2012 - Permanent Resident card (conditional) received; Yahoo!!! (no interview)

REMOVAL OF CONDITONS
March 28, 2015 - I-751 filed; sent via USPS priority mail, signature upon delivery requested

@SirDaniel--Thank you for the response/information/verification. I am still curious as to why the I-134 required duplicates, though, whereas the I-864 does not. -RK

No idea. it's a non-immigrant form so I wouldn't worry about it. Duplicates are not required for the I-864.

Perhaps it was something consulate specific in needing duplicates of the I-134. I did not need to provide duplicates of the I-134 for my husband's visa interview.

No duplicates needed for the I-864.

No duplicates needed for the I-864.

I thought the same thing but re-read the instructions and duplicates are indeed specified and I recall having an original and a copy but remembered it being a "copy of what he submitted for his records thing" because it was a while ago now!

CDJ is pretty laid-back as far as the financials go, so maybe they just did not care about having extras. :P

I know I kept a copy of everything just for our records too though. Ahh, those ever-growing immigration files, such fun!
