Called DOS today!

I called the DOS today and the lady who picked up said that my fiance's visa has been issued? So does this mean the US embassy in Pakistan should be calling him soon?

Has this happened to anyone else?

I am getting really excited right now I feel like this is really good news!

Congrats!! Also, just be aware that my fiance NEVER got a call or email from the Embassy. He actually recieved a call from the American Express office to come and pick it up.

Yeah, the embassy didn't call my husband either. It was a surprise when american express called him one moring to pick up his passport that afternoon. Congrats!
