ok, i feel like I've been caught with my pants down here. When we arrived in the US they didn't take the sealed envelope off me which had the results from the London Medical in. I am compiling all my documents together ready for our green card interview and its asking for a I 693 form. Am I missing the point here or is another medical exam required? I've been so busy with one thing and another I just assumed that it was going to be the stuff from the UK, but now I'm not sure. Can someone please advise because Im starting to panic now!

Thanks

the immigration officer asked if i was sick and if i had anything serious and i said no. he said he didn't need it based on that. :/

It's fine. Just send it with your AOS paperwork. Not a big deal.

Im assuming u had a medical interview overseas, if so, it should be handed to the officer in the POE, but he didnt take it :/

As he didnt take it i would do as vanessa&tony said, i would just add it in the AOS package. U can also write a note explaining why u are sending it instead the officer with the whole other papers.

Notice also that medical records is 2 things, in one hand the medical condition itself, and also the vaccination transcript. When i went to the medical appointment overseas the doctor filled my weight and all that stuff and also a whole secction with the transcript of my vaccinations, some countries do it, others dont, if in ur appointment the doctor didnt do it, u will need to find a surgeon to do it here.

if he did u are all set, just send the papers u have with the whole AOS package, and i dont really think it will be a problem.!

Good luck!!!
