Hi,everyone.My friend he is citizen, and he married with a Chinese in China. Now they are both living in China. The question is how can he apply for his wife come to the U.S? I heard that there is K-3 visa can help his wife to get visa. But how about CR1? Is it the I-130 application? They are not hurried to come to the U.S. Therefore, the only thing they need to do is to file the I-130, am I right? Anybody who knows it? Could you tell me how to apply step by step, thank you in advance!

how about G-325A? Should these forms submit together with I-130?

Please have your friend read the guides. Than you can come back and ask questions.

He or she is the one that needs to know this because they are the ones that have to gather all their evidence to support their petition. All that is in the instructions but standard evidence is visa stamps, boading passes,chat, IM, email, phone logs, western union receipts and pictures. The list is endless. So please have them go read. :)

OP, does your US Citizen friend in China A) have a Chinese residence permit and B) been living there for 6 months or longer? I ask because if the answers to both questions are yes, then your USC friend can utilize the DCF process as there are two USCIS field offices in China (Beijing & Guangzhou respectively).
