NVC STAGE QUESTIONS PLEASE HELP!!!

Timeline

I received NOA2 MAY 2nd when will I be contacted by NVC and how will they contact me?BY THE WAY I HAVE A LAWYER... By e-mail or regular mail? How do I know they received my case? I'm confused I JUST WANT TO KNOW ANY ADVICE OR HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APRECIATED!

19, October, 2011: Officially Married (=

Timeline

NVC will not contact u. Just give em couple of more days and call NVC. Have ur USCIS case number and name and DOB of beneficiary and petitioner when calling. Ask if ur case was received and ask for ur new case number. Good luck and congratulations on ur NOA2.

Lawyers are waste of time. Trust me cuz I have one. They will not do anything. They sit and wait for other to contact them. My advise is if u want to be up to date with ur case then be proactive. He does not have to call. U can call and get any informatiom.

OK so I should Call NVC and Ask for My case number???? I heard that Lawyers are as Agent in your case...???

if you have a lawyer then let him do it. thats what you pay him/her for. you can still call them if you want too. i got email and letter from NVC telling me my case number. but when i called NVC before then i use my USCIS receipt number.

be patient all when happen in time.

lol..i agree. i saw a lawyer in the beginning before i sent in my I-130 but onlythen. the whole journey i have done all on my own. lawyers like you said just sit back and waste time.

you have all the services of USCIS and NVC to help u with paperwork.

call them after a week. we were approved last april 18 and we still don't have our case no. from NVC.

Can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you..

We were approved on April 12... NVC still hasn't received our petition. This is #######! They told me to email them with a scanned copy of my NOA2 asking them to look into why my petition still isn't there.
