I should have two more NOAs (receipts for I465 & I765 right?) but I only have the biometrics appointment. I hope this is a good thing as long as it won't affect my application.

That is what I was trying to get at in my earlier responses and it is those receipts that would have been returned. Having them sent back will not delay your case, the Officer adjudicating your case will still be working on it regardless of what happens to the correspondence that they mailed you.

So don't worry, make sure that you update your address with the USCIS, put *both* of your names on the mailboxes and inform the USPS that you are now living there, as you wouldn't want to miss an RFE or your Interview letter :)

Day 5: 03/01/12: Email acceptance confirmation received for Forms: I-130, I-485 & I-765.

Day 13: 03/09/12: NOA1s received for Forms: I-130, I-485 & I-765. Biometrics letter also received and scheduled for March 27th.

Day 24: 03/20/12: Email notification for RFE.

Day 27: 03/23/12: Hardcopy RFE received in the mail.

Day 31: 03/27/12: Biometrics completed.

Day 40: 04/05/12: Mailed off the RFE.

Day 44: 04/09/12: RFE Delivered.

I received the NOAs for I-485, I-130 and I-131 on June 2, 2012 surprisingly all with the correct address coz the NOA for I-765 has a wrong one. Well, it must just have been a typo error on their part. Glad i got them all anyway :thumbs:

Can someone please shed some light on this my sister is petitioning for our mom case received on may 11 , may 16 transferred to NBC . May 21 NOA's and bio app. She did walk in on may 22 and then last Friday she received case transferred to another office but didn't say which. What does this mean no interview. Thanks in advance.

Awesome! We got ours in the mail today, too; June 14. Problem is, I didn't expect it to happen that quickly, and I scheduled myself to be out of town on a business trip; a trip I can't change this late in the game. I thought about driving my wife down to the office (Charleston, SC) and trying to do a walk-in late this week. I suppose it couldn't hurt to try.

I didn't expect it to happen so soon either. Yes, I would try an early walk-in, I have seen lots of people doing it successfully, good luck :)

Yes mine was like that too!

Just got all my NOA and my Bio appointment is set for June 25 but i want to know if i can walk in?

Just got my all package back today.

They rejected it because I don't have the NOA for my I 130. I never received it and they told me before to send a print out of my case and a receciept number.

Now they are telling me to fill out I 824 and pay 405$ fee.

I don't have the money...

What can I do ?

April 3rd 2012: I 130 send to Chicago

May 16th 2012: I 485, I 765, I 131 send by USPS priority mail at the Chicago lockbox

May 18th 2012: AOS received and signed by D.Colonna at 2:18pm at Chicago

June 4th 2012: got my all package return, restarting from level zero again :((((

June 6th 2012 Wednesday (day 0): Info pass and resend the whole package by USPS express mail at the chicago lockbox
