My question is i just got married on a k1 visa, have a i765 employment authorization visa that i just got hired with but it expires in 2 weeks, im applying for my i485 adjustment of status and a i765. Can i still continue working on an expired i765 while the i485 and new i765 is sent in? How does the i765 work? Does it work as before it expires you have to find a job then its all good or does it have to be valid during the whole time your employed? Im confused it doesnt explain any of this

No you cannot work on an expired EAD that is illegal. You must stop working until you have the new valid EAD card.

When you apply for AOS and your new EAD card it will take 2-3 months to get the new card.

If you are talking about a stamp in your passport that " authorizes you to work on entry as a K-1 entrant " That stamp is NOT legal and you cannot use that to work as a K-1 entrant.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

What do you mean you have an "employment authorisation visa"? if you're talking about the EAD stamp that some POE's still give out (erroneously) then you are NOT ABLE to work on that stamp. It is not valid anymore (and really shouldn't be given out). It is not listed on the I-9 as acceptable proof of employment. If you are working you are presently working illegally.

The EAD (I-765) will take about 2 months to receive. You can try and expedite but it's unlikely the expedite will be approved without proof of severe financial hardship. I'm sorry but unless your employer is willing to wait you cannot accept the offer of employment without the EAD which is a card that you receive after filing AOS.
