Hello, i have request it but they dont accept it.

After jan. 23, 2011 is only one lucky approval of fjoal. These people with pd of early feb like jrh39 and others have no approval so vsc is not working on f2a category. Looks like pd will be current before approvals. Jrh39 have you made a service request?

Jrh,

The processing time frames published on the site are as of December 31, 2012. I am not sure why you are surprised. For people like you and me whose dates are close to the processing cut-offs, the "last touched" date on our individual case statuses are much better indicators of when our applications may be approved than these processing time tables. As of today, my application is still under initial review. So, I don't expect the F2A processing time date to move much (if at all) next month either.

Not trying to be a downer, just trying to be rational. Hope you take it that way.

Regards,

Anil

Jrh39, you can make an e-request online. Please do a e-request today and tell us what happens. Vsc processing dates will not change next month either because those dates will be as of jan. 31 and nothing has happened to anyone's case up to jan. 31.

my husband sent several emails to VSC, and continuously call USCIS. my husband said he was abit pushy when he spoke to the ISO

my suggestion is, don't give up to call and email them. maybe today the person who pick up your call will be different then yesterday.

I will send u, example of my husband email to VSC, which got response from them.

What did VSC tell your husband? Did they say why they're not sending out NOA2?
