NVC did not receive case

Called this morning and finally heard those sweet words. NVC has finally received my case but no case NO yet. Will have to wait another 10-15 days for that. To my surprise, they told me that case was received on 23 April. When i called on friday 27 April they told me that they have not received my case but anyway lets hope i'll get case no soon.

130 for Wife

09-07-2010 - Priority Date

01-10-2012 - Upgrade from F2A to CR1

03-23-2012 - NOA-2 Email Received

04-23-2012 - NVC received

05-10-2012 - Case # received

05-11-2012 (Friday) - AOS and IV invoiced and Paid. Status "In Process"

05-14-2012 (Monday) - AOS and IV status showed "Paid"

05-14-2012 - AOS and IV packages mailed

05-15-2012 - Package Delivered.

05-21-2012 - Case Completed. (11 Days after Case # assigned)

06-07-2012 - Got Interview date assigned for July 18th @ 8AM

06-13-2012 - Medical Done

07-18-2012 - Interview Done - Approved

07-20-2012 - Visa Received

Received my case numbers for my wife and stepson today, already formated and emailed then choice of agent. waiting on AOS bill to pay it, as i tried to enter the payment site and said i need a receipt number along with the case number. so i guess i wait for that now.

05/07/2012 - I-864 - AOS Fee $88*2

05/09/2012 - DS-230 - IV Fee $230*2

06/15/2012 - Case Completed

07/06/2012 - Forwarded to the Consulate

08/13/2012 - Medical

08/15/2012 - Interview

02/19/2013 - 10 yr green card received

Called this morning and NVC agent said that my case was received on 4/27.... WHAT? For the last 1 week they were saying 4/23 and now 4/27.

Called this morning and NVC agent said that my case was received on 4/27.... WHAT? For the last 1 week they were saying 4/23 and now 4/27.

Most operators I've spoken to said that our cases were received on april 23, but I've spoken to 2 who have said they recieved it on april 25.

USCIS

10/01/11 - Filed (2) I-130's

10/04/11 - NOA-1

04/05/12 - NOA-2

Your I-130 was approved in 184 days from your NOA1 date.

NVC

04/23/12 - NVC received both cases (18 days/12 business days from NOA-2)

05/07/12 - Case numbers and IIN's (14 days/10 business days since NVC received)

05/07/12 - Sent out DS-3032 by email; auto-response received

05/08/12 - AOS fee invoiced, paid - "IN PROCESS"

05/09/12 - AOS fee shows as "PAID"

05/10/12 - Spouse's DS-3032 accepted; minor child's rejected = had petitioner call NVC = received verbal acceptance from operator

05/11/12 - Spouse's IV fee invoiced

05/14/12 - Daughter's IV fee invoiced, paid both IV fees - "IN PROCESS"

05/15/12 - Both IV fees show as "PAID"

05/16/12 - Sent both AOS and both IV packages to NVC via USPS (expected delivery: 05/19/12)

05/21/12 - All 4 packages delivered

05/30/12 - Received checklist for daughter's AOS

05/31/12 - Sent response to checklist via USPS (expected delivery: 06/01/12); Spouse's case completed

06/07/12 - Daughter's case completed; waiting for interview date

06/14/12 - P4 received: interview date 07/11/12

i am not a ir-1/cr-1 applicant but i am having similar problems with nvc today is going to make it 20 business days and i am hoping they will receive it very soon i know today is a holiday so i dont think they working today but i am worried, should i be ? or i should just give it some more time

Hi,

Our I-130 was approved on April 23rd, 2012 as well and it's been a 1 month 5 days as of today and it's still not in NVC system. So you are soooo not the only one. Me and my husband sent emails everywhere: congressman, USCIS, california service center and of course NVC research...and still nothing... We are so so so angry with them, it's crazy. So our petitions were approved the same day, please let me know if you hear something, or if NVC will have your case in the system, ok? I will also let you know if NVC receives ours.

I am in the same boat.. My I-130 was approve april 23, 2012 and have not been in NVC system yet!

I am not for sure if the question was for me, but I haven't gotten the case number, in fact, NVC still didn't receive our case. NOA2 as of april 23rd, so soon it will be 2 months.
