Went yesterday to my Info Pass Meeting at my local USCIS. I had a few questions. The main one was what can I do if I don't have my NOA2. During her answer she explained that the NOA2 probably in Packet I handed over to Immigration when I arrived into the USA. Also the medical report. Since I don't have either it was nice to know that I may not need to worry about it. Was it enough to think I don't need it? No, but unless I can find it will have to roll the dice. I'm not going to pay the $485 for a copy. At least at this point.

you don't have a copy anywhere? if not there are several threads that tell you what else has worked for others (like sending the NVC letter instead) rather than wasting funds on the NOA2 duplicate.

Are you the beneficiary? You say you were told the Noa2 was in the packet YOU handed over at POE. If you are the beneficiary, you never got a NOA2. That info is wrong. The Petitioner got the NOA2. Ask the USC - it was mailed to him/her.

You don't need a new medical but if your vaccines were not complete you need to contact a Civil Surgeon and complete the vaccination portion of the I-693.
