hello guys thank you so much for your support guys all the time because i have been looking up on the answears you are helping by all the people that joining this good site..well my story is i have been waiting for over than 5 month to hear something from the CSC about my petition and i called but they didnt tell me anything and i heard as well to contact ambudsman for some help so i am lost guys of what to do exactly to make those people do something on my petition because this sucks :bonk: so anyone guys passed throw this i need your guidance please to make the petition at least be pushed ahead to be approved

Hmmm yeah, from reading your profile comments, looks like you said you were approved last year. Are you talking about the AOS process?

K-1 Visa Timeline AOS Timeline

- Aug 31st, 2011 - Mailed I-129F package - May 29th, 2012 - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP package

- Apr 13th, 2012 - Visa received - Aug 24th, 2012 - Green Card received

ROC Timeline

ohhh ooops i forgot to mention that i am using my friend account on here and yes my friend got approved last year and i asked him about my case but he told me to come here and give my question because there are some people on here who pass through this as he told me that they would help me and he offered me this account so i can use temporary :)

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
