Was told that I have 90 days to marry my fiance.

I obtain a marriage license at the court house within a week after her arrival.

How do I submit it to USCIS? or what kind of form do I have to do?

Thanks

K-1 visa holder have to marry within 90 days of entry to the United States of America.

You will need to get a certified copy of your marriage certificate. This can be obtain from the court house you got your marriage license.

You will submit the certified copy with your AOS package. You can follow the AOS guide here

I have all the forms and documents ready from #1 to #13 , do I mailed them all to the same place to USCIS in Chicago? or do I have to mail each form seperately? farther advice is appreciated.

Keep reading the AOS guide for further information. Additionally, here is the pertinent USCIS link.

You may want to go back through your forms/documents and make sure they are accurate and complete.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Are you married yet? The mariage license is a pre-marriage paper..

Yes, you send everything at the same place (Chicago lockbox). Please read carefully the USCIS instructions for each form, the guide and make a quick research in the forums through the Google search-bar, everything is written. Your last questions were pretty common and answered daily on the forum. ;)
