Was told that I have 90 days to marry my fiance.

I obtain a marriage license at the court house within a week after her arrival.

How do I submit it to USCIS? or what kind of form do I have to do?

K-1 visa holder have to marry within 90 days of entry to the United States of America.

You will need to get a certified copy of your marriage certificate. This can be obtain from the court house you got your marriage license.

You will submit the certified copy with your AOS package. You can follow the AOS guide here
