04/2009 Meet my fiance online in a video game =)
09/2010 Meet my fiance in Philippines
11/2010 Mailed the I-129 with $455 check alone....=( I was a dumbfold
11/2010 a week later recieve the reciept.
04/2011 recieve a denial letter, "no evidence, documents, nothing" and open and appeal case and pay another $655 with 290B form. I thought they will request me for documents before they denied, and we have all the documents prepared, unlike how they did it in 1990's.
05/2011 Meet my fiance again
06/2011 Recieve a letter, saying all the documents are now ready to proceed and tranfer to USCIS in California
09/2011 I decided to contact the congressman and explained to them my sisutation, that I have a hard time getting ahold with any of them at USCIS and don't know what going on, I am afraid the USCIS will send us another denial letter just like that, so I don't want to repeat. The congressman come in very handy, everything become very speedy, the USCIS respond 2 to 3 days, know what going on. The congressman asked me to submitted G-230, Letter of fiance intend to get marry, and few visa photo copies.
11/2011 We recieve the NOA , said its approved, now being tranfer to NVC
12/2011 We recieved another NOA2 from NVC stated the package will be sent to my Fiance for interview.
01/2012 My fiance recieved the letter from USCIS, called them and had the interview scheduled. She stayed in Manila for 10 days, and successfully obtain all the documents at the sametime, Medical Clearence and NBI.
02/2012 My fiance finished with the interview and recieved the 221(G) form, and asked for I-134 and W2 2011
02/2012 5 days later after the rush delivery, we submitted 221(G), I-134, and W2 2011 only without any other support documents beacuse the Embassy already took it at the interview, was hoping they are not going to ask for those again.
now just waiting. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
