That depends on several factors, If that person is qualified to immigrate to the U.S. under U.S. immigration law, sure.

Can someone deported from Canada to Jamaica live in America legally if married to a American citizen.

depends why he was deported from Canada if its for criminal issue then it would surely affects his immigration to the U.S. if he over stayed a visa I think it should be fine to immigrate to the U.S

Deportation from one country usually doesn't make a difference in another. Criminal behavior on the other hand follows you around. Assuming you were just there on a bad visa and overstay you are ok. If you committed an offense that makes you inadmissable then you are in trouble. Depending on the offense you may need a waiver of inadmissablity or you may be premanently inadmissable ( for things like drug dealings or if your bad papers where a US passport you would be banned for life for false clain the USC )

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
