Are they asking me to put how I plan to take care of my fianceé? If I'm simply going to take care of her in general, do I pick no, or do I pick yes and put stuff in there? I'm probably over thinking this one...

Yes, check intend. Then state you will pay visa fee, airline ticket, provide home to live in as your spouse, etc...

Intend.

"I intend to marry my fiancée and to provide for all of her needs."

Note: There was a post here on VJ by a Filipina who interviewed at the U.S. Embassy Manila. She said the consular officer questioned her about why her fiancé checked the box saying he did not intend to support her.
