me too...still waiting...i really hope we get our approvals soon :) ....missing my husband so much :(

I called today and apparently the processing date is still "Jan 23rd". Sounds like someone's birthday to me  ... (just a random date to keep off any attempts to post an inquiry about cases beyond Jan 23rd.)

I find this ridiculous that H-1 and F-1 dependents get a visa right away, but dependents of US CITIZENS have to wait months to year(s) to even get into the country, leave alone a green card! And now the flooding with TPS overrides US Citizens' applications!!

Yes it is frustrating, my 5 months will be up in few days and looks like they wont let us open a service request either. Also, i find it really hard to digest that H1 and F1 ppl can bring along their spouses, for us its a 6 to 9 months wait...... but its worth all the wait at the end.

Hi People!

My date is Feb 15th (CSC). Today we called and we tried to open a service request, we been told that the 5 months timeframe is an estimate and we cant open a service request because they are working on Jan 15th cases (LIE). They told us to call in 60 days. I know all this is ####### cuz most of february cases are approved.

60 days? That's weird...after the initial 5 months had passed we only waited 3 weeks until submitting a service request. My I-130 was approved July 11th...2 weeks after the service request.

Keep trying.

Try submitting a service request...see what happens.
