Rozi....

I cannot help but notice that next month is your 2 year anniversay...

Will he stay in bagladesh for 2 more months so he can come here with a 10 year green card?

You have waited this long so a couple more months waiting is a smart thing to do!

He will not have to interview in 2 years. He will not have to submit more papers and more proofs and more money in 2 years..

Also, when he comes here go to social security office 5 days after he enters and apply in person for the SSN cause the form DS-230 does not always work and it takes 1-2 months to get it if he does work!

Good Luck

Sorry. I'm kind of new here. How come if he waits a couple more months he will not have to interview in 2 years? Thanks.

I have noticed that each month someone getting out of AP. As like in march Farzin's husband got visa after AP & this month of April Rozi's Husband got visa.

Is there visa number shortage at embassy & they only give one person immigrant visa in one month especially who are waiting in AP ?

May be I'm not correct but I don't find other reason for such a long waiting under AP.

Yea, luck is there for someone & its true. But there is some logic behind as I guess each person background checking are not same & cant expect to complete in same time frame. So, when get clearance from DOS then they wait for next visa number available from Washington. After that they call those visa waiting person one by one in each month.

In your case may be they got clearance early & proceed for available visa number in april month. GOOD LUCK all the way of your life together.
